Instructor

Kelly Meegan

Kelly has worked as an Application/IT trainer for the last 20 years. Working both directly with clients and sub-contracting with established training organisations she has accumulated a wide and varying skill set, delivering training courses nationally and internationally. She has also been involved in partnering with clients to develop custom courses, induction programmes and associated courseware, including the creation of bespoke videos. Kelly has a proven ability to engage students in the classroom and is adaptable and flexible in the delivery of tailored and customised courses. She has excellent communication and presentation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people in the learning environment. Kelly has also been involved in the design, development and implementation of an online video training library www.knowledgemarket.ie

Outcomes

On completion of this course delegates will be able to set up a Team and add Members and Channels. Delegates will understand how to work collaboratively within a Team or Channel and hold conversations, share files and host meetings.
