Anyone interested in the challenges faced by the nonprofit sector.
Carmichael and the Wheel are working collaboratively to consult with the non-profit sector to identify how people and organisations in the sector see the challenges their organisations face.
Sheila Cahill, an independent consultant, will facilitate a discussion to gather your views and ideas, which will inform the work of both Carmichael and The Wheel in the supports they offer in the future and will also be made freely available online to any organisation interested in providing support to the sector.
Sheila Cahill has worked in the community and voluntary sector in both Ireland and the UK for the last twenty years, focusing on organisational capacity building since 1995. Her role as Director of Training and Support Services at Carmichael brought her into regular contact with small and medium sized voluntary and community groups through the provision of customised training, organisational consultancy and governance support. She holds an MSc in Voluntary Sector Organisation from the London School of Economics, a Certificate in Training Practice (IPD) and she successfully completed the IMI Master Trainer programme.
