Anyone involved in the planning, management or monitoring of social media channels for a business or organisation. Anyone working in communications and community or membership relations who are keen to learn more about integrating social media into their wider strategic plan.

Outline

The session will include an overview of the social media landscape in Ireland and an introduction to using social media strategically for your organisation. We’ll work through the key elements of how to develop an effective social media strategy including how best to align with overarching organisational objectives, deliver key messages and measure success.

As an Account Manager at Alice PR & Events, Emma manages traditional PR and digital campaigns across a wide range of clients including national charities and advocacy groups, private sector companies and state agencies.
