Bookings are sold by Carmichael Centre and can be purchased by the customer via the online booking system using credit/debit cards.
Customers must be minimum age requirement of 18 years of age to purchase bookings.
The customer must inform Carmichael Centre of the cardholders name, card type, the card number, the card expiry date and the security code on the back of the card (CVV or similar) in order to make payment.
Once the booking has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to their e-mail address with all the relevant details of their booking. Carmichael Centre is not responsible and will not issue a refund to the customer for selecting the wrong booking or if the customer does not meet the minimum age requirements as specified.
Bookings are non-refundable or transferable but we will refund if the event is cancelled.
We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performance of any of our obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
All credit/debit card information requested in the making of any bookings is used solely for the purpose of professionally handling the reservation process. We may be required to provide some or all of the information given to a third party for the purpose of completing your booking. You accept that any third party may have a different private policy in place.
Personal information requested in the making of any bookings is used for the purpose of professionally handling the reservation process. This information will also be retained by us for the purpose of Carmichael internal records and will not be shared with third parties. An exception to this in the event of a booking for one of our eLearning courses in which case the name and email address provided for the purpose of making the booking will be shared with our eLearning partner: CramdenTECH
