NTF Carmichael Webinar: The Coaching Way of Being

28 January 2026

As part of the National Training Fund (NTF) 2026 Programme, Carmichael is hosting a free webinar The Coaching Way of Being.”

We invite you to join us on 24th March 2026, from 1:05 PM to 1:55 PM for a 50-minute webinar for an open conversation about building a “coaching way of being” within teams and individuals. Let’s explore how these concepts can be embedded in everyday interactions, creating workplaces where everyone feels empowered to lead – in their own way.

Imagine the impact if every team member was equipped with the tools and mindset of a coach. Coaching isn’t reserved for executives; it’s a skillset that enables people to support one another, unlock potential, and drive collective success. By encouraging coaching skills at all levels, organisations can create environments where empowerment, active listening, and self-reflection become everyday habits.
