Phillip Morrison-Gale is an experienced charity Chief Executive, governance and strategy consultant, and executive coach working with leaders across charities, housing organisations and community organisations in Ireland, the UK and the US.
He is an EMCC Global EIA Accredited Coach Practitioner and holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching. His coaching focuses particularly on leaders working in mission-driven and regulated environments, supporting them to lead with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
Phillip brings a practical understanding of governance, boards, leadership and organisational complexity to his coaching work, supporting leaders not just in personal development but in leading organisations effectively.
