Phillip Morrison-Gale
Phillip has over 15 years’ experience of working in the social housing sector in Ireland and the UK and holds a track record of service transformation driven by an interest in people and culture and developing new ways of working which positively influence and improve services. His experience in the social housing sector spans housing and asset management as well as supported housing services for older people and at-risk young people.
Phillip is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and has previously served on the board of the Chartered Institute of Housing (Scotland) and chaired the CIH Policy and Practice Committee.
In his current role as CEO of a mid-sized Approved Housing Body (AHB) Phillip is active is leading the strategic development and delivery of high-quality innovative services which put tenants at the heart and result in improved outcomes for local areas.
Michelle has extensive experience in leading teams through transformation change, engaging and upskilling them to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation or company.
