Phillip is the founder of Brave Futures Coaching, a practice dedicated to supporting leaders across Ireland’s charity and social impact sectors. With over 15 years’ experience as a senior leader and CEO in Ireland and the UK, he brings deep insight into the realities of leading purpose-driven organisations - the pressures, the complexity, and the opportunities for growth.
