Clare, who gave the course, was very dynamic and organised, and this made the course much more enjoyable.
Very practical, different examples used throughout to make it real, nicely broken up with different exercises, formats (breakout rooms, chat function etc.)
Presenter was excellent with lots of experience.
The slides and content were well designed and the facilitator was engaging and knowledgeable.
