Strategic Planning

Target Audience

Middle and Senior Managers, Board Members.

Outline

Prolific business thinker Michael Porter once wrote that the essence of strategy is choosing what not to do. A good strategy is clear and succinct, with a well defined scope. It boldly sets out your ambitions, but is also focused on what is most important for achieving your mission, and it is embedded in reality.

This Strategic Planning workshop will guide you through a process of reflection, critical thinking, creativity and prediction. Step-by-step, you will learn what a strategic planning process involves, what tools and techniques can help you along the way, what the end result should look like, and how to get everyone on board.

(Lunch of soup and sandwiches provided at 1pm.)
