This online course is aimed at people with little experience of using social media in a professional setting.

Outline

This course will include an introduction to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well as tips and advice on how to use each platform to communicate different messages to various audiences. Participants will have a better understanding of how each social media platform is used, and what it is best used for.
